After I place my order, how soon will it be shipped?
We try to ship the order the very same day that we receive it, but that is not always possible, due to weekends, holidays and personal time conflicts. Suffice to say that we will ship the order as soon as possible and often on the same day we receive the order.
How do I know what size to order?
On the product detail page there is a link to Size Charts. On this page there are a number of different size charts provided by the manufacturer of the various kinds of mother and baby clothes we sell. If you still are not sure, please call us toll free at 866 671 3679.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do! We offer FREE gift wrapping. We also include a card with your hand-written personal message. Just tell us what you want want to say in the "Comments" section of your order page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We will also accept a money order or check, but those kinds of orders must be made using our Fax or Mail Order Form. The link for the Mail Order Form is located in the footer of every page as well as on the Product Detail Page of each product. A check must clear our account before the order will ship.
Do you offer free shipping to Canada or countries other than the USA?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping to countries other than the USA. If a product is offered with Free Shipping, it will be clearly described in the title and/or product detail page, but the free shipping option is only available to orders that are shipped to recipients in the US.
Why are the shipping rates to Canada (and other countries) so high?
The USPS (United States Post Office) recently raised all of their shipping rates. In order to cover our shipping costs, we had to raise our rates as well.
Do you accept orders from countries other than the USA?
Yes we do! Our Shopping Cart is currently set up to accept orders from 17 countries: USA, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Customers from countries not listed in the cart can place orders using our Fax or Mail Order Form. If you would like us to add another country, please email us at customercare@babynut.com.
If I am placing an order OUTSIDE the USA, but want to ship it to an address WITHIN the USA, what Shipping Rates apply?
You can select the Standard or 2nd Day Rate if you are shipping from any country to an address within the United States. Also, any product offered with Free Shipping will apply to all orders being shipped to the USA.
Where can I see your Return Policy, your Privacy Policy and your shipping rates?
All of this information can be found on our Customer Care page, which includes our Mission Statement, contact information, Privacy Policy, payment information, shipping information (including rates), and Return Policy. The Customer Care link is located in the footer of every page on Babynut.
Where can I find out about the owners of the site?

Do you have a Table of Contents or Site Map?
Yes we do! All of the content on Babynut is described in our Site Map. Another table of contents page is our Shop 24/7 page, which describes our seven shopping categories and provides links to each category and each subcategory. The link to both the Site Map and Shop 24/7 is located in the footer of every page.
Can I create my own gift basket?
Yes you can! Just purchase products worth $65 or more and ask to have them placed in a gift basket in the "Comments" section of your order page. Also include your personal message in that same area. We will place your items in a brightly colored tin bucket or woven basket, wrap it all in colorful cellophane and include a hand written card with your personal message.

Yes we do! Just email us at customercare@babynut.com or call us toll free: 866 671 3679. We cannot guarantee that we will go right out and buy a new product line, but we will take your suggestions seriously when we are able to increase our product offerings.
